One of the newest additions to the vocal faculty, Bayo has been a one-on-one intensive vocal tutor since 1990. 

Specialising in virtuoso rock and contemporary R&B vocals, his singing lessons are in constant demand.  Past students who benefited from his individual tuition range from X Factor and Big Brother finalists to Sony, BMG and EMI recording artists. Some of these artists include Andy Abraham, Hazel Fernandes (Celine Dion, Stereophonics, Tina Turner) and Deborah Ffrench (Fish, Holly Vallance). More recently Bayo has provided his teaching skills to ITV's 'It's Now or Never' helping to coach contestants of this new reality show.

Well known within musician circles, Bayo's teaching approach emphasises a practical development of all muscles associated with vocal breathing, power, range, contemporary placement and modern improvisation.
