Since graduating from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (then known as the Guitar Institute) in 1995, Charlie Griffiths has worked in a variety of professional situations including radio, television, numerous sessions and hundreds of gigs.

Charlie teaches on all the guitar courses at the Institute, specialising in advanced rock and metal concepts and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our students.

Charlie is also a contributor for Total Guitar and Guitar Techniques magazines and when not being a guitar tutor at the Institute, Charlie writes and records with progressive metal/fusion band Linear Sphere.
