Jason Guy has been at the cutting edge of music marketing for over fifteen years. Having been Marketing Director of A&M, Chrysalis, Polydor, Island and Sony UK, he has worked with most of the premier music companies throughout some of their most successful periods.
During this time, he has fine tuned and developed innovative marketing techniques that have lead to numerous UK treble platinum successes, including; Sting, Sinead O'Connor, The Lighthouse Family, Jamiroquai, The Coral and Toploader as well as several acts from the US such as; Suzanne Vega, Janet Jackson and Bryan Adams.
He has also helped set up independent music labels including The Echo Label for Chrysalis, Deltasonic for Sony and more recently B-Unique who have since gone on to enjoy huge successes with The Ordinary Boys, The Twang, The Automatic and Kaiser Chiefs.
Jason provided a wealth of valuable information to our students. The questions just didn't stop coming. We look forward to jason coming back in the not too distant future!
