The Institute was privileged to welcome world renowned drummer Gregg Bissonette to present an exclusive masterclass on Monday 6th November.

Gregg has a CV and reputation to die for; when Vinnie couldn't make recording Santana's album 'Supernatural' he recommended Gregg to take the seat!

After graduating from Texas State University he quickly became one of LA's busiest sessioneers, notching up Friends and American Pie 1 and 2 amongst his many credits.

He shot to international fame when he joined David Lee Roth's band and recorded the groundbreaking 'Eat 'em and Smile' album with Billy Sheehan and Steve Vai. 

Gregg has also performed with Ringo Starr, James Taylor, Toto, Joe Satriani, Brian Wilson and Santana and recorded with Larry Carlton, Steve Lukather, Don Henley and Duran Duran. He also played with Spinal Tap!

His is renowned as a dynamic, informative and inspirational clinician; certainly not one to miss!
