Thursday January 18th saw Groove Armada and the Freestylers drummer - Clive Jenner - visiting the Institute to hold an exclusive drum masterclass!

Clive Jenner has been a session drummer for over 15 years and is now playing with top dance act Groove Armada.

Groove Armada formed in 1997, have had several top 20 hit singles and their 4th album 'Goodbye Country' released September 2001 went straight in at number 5 underlining the success of this innovative act. Clive joined the band to play at their headline UK headline festival appearances including Creamfields and T in the Park.

Outside of his busy schedule with Groove Armada Clive has played with the Mercury Prize nominee Tom McRae and featured on the critically acclaimed, self-titled debut album and he also plays for the Freestylers.
