Most Institute courses are performance-based, and as a result we have created fantastic environments for students to perform individually or as part of a band, either as part of their course studies or in private rehearsal.

Institute performance studios are all fully equipped with
professional standard PA and monitoring, audio layback, backline (H&K, Marshall, Mesa Boogie, Peavey, Ashdown) and drum kits (Mapex, DW, Paiste, Zildjan).  The largest performance studio can accommodate up to eventy students.

In addition, the Institute can count on the nearby Luminaire club for showcase events, jam nights and associated events, giving Institute students an opportunity to develop their live performance skills in a real live  environment!
