At the Institute, we hold regular Open Days in order for prospective students to see our fantastic facilities, talk to staff and get a feel for the courses they may be taking with us in the future. 

Generally, we begin the event with some words of welcome and a short talk about the Institute, its history, courses and staff. There then follow some live music performances, showing you in practice the unique teaching and performing style of the Institute teaching faculty, and featuring some live performances from current Institute students or alumni.

Throughout the afternoon there is plenty of opportunity to tour the facilities and get a feel for our great teaching environment, as well as interact with staff and students in an informal and open way. Finally, we hold a general Q&A session for all attendees, followed by informal one-on-one discussions with our prospective students and their families.

What better way to get to know the place and the people of the Institute than to attend an Institute Open Day!
