If you love Country guitar, then this is a weekend not to miss, a weekend of pickin’ heaven!

You will learn new tips, tricks and skills in classes with the Institute’s very own Country guitar experts Lee Hodgson, Dario Cortese and Andy Saphir. You will also get the chance to put them straight into practice in real band environments and jam sessions in our specialist facilities.

Teachers
	Lee Hodgson is a versatile studio musician and a vastly experienced stage performer, having played thousands of gigs (including the Royal Albert Hall and Wembley Arena) with the likes of No. 1 chart act Odyssey. He is also regularly featured columnist and transcriber in Guitar Techniques magazine.
	Dario Cortese has over 15 years of experience as a pro guitarist; as a guitar teacher, session guitarist (recording for various artists and TV advertising) as well as live musician (alongside world-class artists) and as a guitar tutor in private schools.
Guest Teacher
	Albert Lee is way more than a country virtuoso; this is a guitar player who has toured and recorded with Eric Clapton, jazz giant Tal Farlow, acoustic maestro Tommy Emmanuel and the legendary Every Brothers.

On the Saturday night, enjoy a complimentary relaxed jam/gig in London, before more chicken-pickin’ on Sunday. Country guitar legend and Musicman endorsee Albert Lee will also be popping in over the weekend to host an exclusive masterclass!

The weekend is aimed at intermediate players, but more than this, a love of the music is essential. Don’t miss this unique chance to learn from one of the masters and originators of the hot country genre!
