The Institute BMus is the benchmark guitar degree programme for students wishing to develop a sustainable music career and looking to gain a higher education qualification. Higher Diploma (Guitar)The Higher Diploma (in Popular Music Performance) course is designed to equip aspiring professional musicians with the skills & awareness required by today's ever-changing music industry. Successful students will gain two awards, our own Institute of Contemporary Music Performance Diploma and the OCN Diploma (in Popular Music Performance.)
Diploma (Guitar)This Guitar Diploma course is a funded pathway for 16 – 18 years old who aspire to a career within the music industry. The course provides the opportunity to gain a nationally recognized, vocationally specific qualification, whilst developing the major key skills and knowledge necessary to meet the challenges of the modern music industry.
Guitar CertificateThis 10-week full-time guitar course provides the perfect opportunity to maximize learning in a short period of time. Students who complete the Certificate course obtain credits that can be used towards the full Diploma award at a later stage. Each level of the Certificate corresponds to each of three levels of the Diploma course.
